After years of coaching professionals, I saw the same pattern: good people burning out on bad advice.
Let me explain it to you...
Counting every calorie, forcing gym sessions you hate and watching the scales move then bounce straight back makes life frustrated and depressing, I've been there.
I followed all the advice from fitness influencers and PT coaches but it’s all worked against me....
Not because they were wrong, but because I was trying to be someone else, or you could say I was following a plan that was designed for someone else..
But in reality I understood if you want to lose weight, all you have to focus on is one core element - not what you eat, but “how much you eat.”
In fact we as humans never used to count calories haha…
So, I like to call the Portion Control Protocol™, a scientifically backed framework that lets you lose weight while keeping your career, family, and sanity intact.
I have implemented this "protocol" with my 100+ clients and they all felt the same “Now it makes sense”.
If we listen to fitness influencers and PT coaches… the perfect plan for getting in shape should look something like:
